General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop loomero.com by consumers and businesses. The version valid at the time of the order shall apply.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email immediately after the order has been submitted. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept the order by sending an order confirmation by email.

4. Prices & Shipping Costs

All prices are stated in euros and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are charged in addition to the prices stated. Further details on the amount of shipping costs can be found on our Shipping Conditions page.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made within Austria and to the listed countries. Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is 2–7 business days. Further information can be found under Shipping Conditions.

6. Payment

The following payment methods are available to you:

  • PayPal
  • Instant bank transfer
  • Klarna / Invoice

Your account will be charged immediately after completion of the order.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our separate Withdrawal Policy.

9. Warranty & Liability

The statutory warranty provisions apply. We are liable for any damages only in cases of intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations.

10. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these GTC be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

Austrian law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
