📦 Shipping Conditions
Processing Time
As our products are prepared individually, the processing time per order is 1–3 business days. Only after this period will your order be handed over to the shipping service provider.
Shipping Countries
We ship as standard to the following countries:
- Austria
- Germany
- European Union
If your country is not listed, please contact us – we will be happy to check whether shipping is possible.

The following table shows the total delivery time, consisting of processing time (1–3 business days) + shipping time:
🔧 Note on processing time for larger orders
For orders of 8 items or more, the processing time may be extended by an additional 2–4 business days due to the increased production effort. For larger orders, we will be happy to inform you individually about the expected completion time.

Note: Shipping may be delayed during periods of high order volume or on public holidays.
Free shipping: from an order value of € 50.00, valid for Austria and Germany.
📦 Shipping Service Providers
We ship our parcels with Austrian Post, DPD or DHL. After dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
🌍 Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries outside the EU, for example to Switzerland, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply. These must be borne by the buyer. Please check with your local customs office in advance.
📬 Delivery & Collection
- Delivery address: Please make sure that your delivery address is correct. We do not cover any costs for returns caused by incorrect information.

We strive to use environmentally friendly packaging and, wherever possible, recyclable or reusable materials.
